Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your access to the Mewvori mobile app and website. “Mewvori,” “we,” or “us” refers to the service operated by Long Zhao, based in China. The Services are currently intended for adults aged 18 or older located in the United States.

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Mewvori Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use Mewvori. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. The Mewvori experience

Mewvori is a software-based digital-pet experience. The pet is fictional, is not a real animal or person, and does not have human feelings. Its state and behavior are simulated by product rules; some narrative text may be generated with AI. Nothing in the Services is medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or crisis advice.

Check-ins are optional personal records. Mewvori does not verify the underlying activity and does not promise that using the app will create a habit, improve health, or produce any particular result.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You keep any rights you have in information you submit. You give Mewvori permission to host and process that information only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Services as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer them except where the law allows, or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes another person’s rights. Do not use another person’s account without permission.

5. Optional community features

If you choose to join a leaderboard or other community feature, the app will describe the information shown before you enroll. You can withdraw enrollment through the feature’s controls. The Services may change or remove community features during beta.

6. Beta availability and changes

Mewvori is offered as a beta service. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, reset, or discontinued, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of beta data. We will use reasonable care when making changes, but you should not rely on the beta as your sole copy of information you need to keep.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services or legal requirements. We will revise the date above and provide notice of material changes where appropriate. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

7. Suspension and ending your use

You may stop using Mewvori at any time and request account deletion in the app or at /delete-account. An authenticated request removes the uploaded avatar and then asks the authentication service to delete your account. We may retain limited information when required by law or needed to document deletion, protect against abuse, secure the Services, or establish or defend legal claims. The Privacy Policy explains these exceptions. We may suspend or end access if you materially violate these Terms, create a security risk, or if we discontinue the beta.

8. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party platforms and providers, such as sign-in, hosting, analytics, notifications, and advertising services. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply to your use of those services. Mewvori is not responsible for third-party services that it does not operate.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the beta Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, Mewvori will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the beta. These Terms do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
